Scheduling an Interview

Interview Expectations

1. Honest communication of your current child care needs and expectations
2. Honest communication of your child’s needs and, if any, allergies, disabilities or challenging behaviors
3. Provider will answer all questions presented about the program and its policies
4. Provider will ask questions and go over key policies
5. Provider expects that you have done your due diligence and read through our website’s Policies page and feel we meet your families current child care needs

The Interview Process

1. The interview typically takes 20-35 minutes
2. An interview does not guarantee you will be eligible for our waitlist or enrollment
3. Only select a day and time that you can bring your child with you to the interview
4. If you will be late, please inform the provider BEFORE the interview time. If you will be more than 10 minutes late you MAY need to be rescheduled
5. If accepted to our waitlist, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours for payment of the non-refundable $50.00 deposit. Once the deposit is paid, your spot on the waitlist will be reserved
6. If you are not on our waitlist and you are scheduling an interview, this means we have an immediate opening and our waitlist is empty. We usually take 5-10 business days to make a final decision on enrollment, depending on how many interviews we have scheduled for the available slot
